We just wanted to give a couple of shout-outs and thank you's to some fine folks who have said very nice things about YesterNook on the web in recent weeks.
First up is a totally delightful blogger named Helen Hartman, who seems to have an impeccable sense of vintage style. She not only gave the store a very nice write-up, but she also took lots of pictures. Here's a snippet of what she had to say about her YesterNook experience:
But it is big and bright and actually has a nice vibe. Even nicer treasures with prices that don’t seem like somebody has been watching too much Antiques Roadshow.Jennifer Kiefer of Louisville.com declared the store to be the "working man's antique mall" in a very nice write up, in which she also says:
Perhaps it’s the English major in me, or perhaps it’s because my favorite movie is Harold and Maude, but I find it quaint that the building is serving a similar purpose, but for things. We want to offer our thanks to Jennifer and Helen for the kind words and send both of them our best wishes. Of course, some of our favorite comments are the ones we receive every day from customers who come into the store! We also love the very kind things you have had to say to us on Facebook. Please feel free to leave comments here as well.
Thanks so much for your support. We can't tell you how much we all appreciate it, but we'd sure like to try! Mark your calendars, folks:
